Meet Our Founder - Dr. Stephanie Felder
Stephanie Felder is a third-generation educator and Philadelphia native whose academic journey began in the city’s public school system. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education Social Studies with a concentration in Political Science from West Chester University, a Master’s Degree in School Administration from Lincoln University, and a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Education from American University. Most recently, she earned a Doctor of Education in Policy and Leadership from Cabrini University.
Dr. Felder’s professional certifications include Pennsylvania Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction, Pennsylvania Administrative Certificate for K–12 School Administration, and Pennsylvania Instructional II Certification in Social Studies. Additionally, she is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, combining her passion for wellness with her commitment to education.
Over her career, Dr. Felder has taught grades 6–12 in public, private, and charter schools. Her extensive experience as a history teacher, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Coordinator, and affinity group facilitator, along with her research on culturally relevant, responsive, and sustaining social-emotional learning (SEL) practices, have positioned her as a respected leader in education.
